Three days of working has killing my legs, I have to say those apartment buildings are nothing but pain to climb, they are the most difficult part of the location to deliver because you have to park your car somewhere, then grab 10-15 of packages and then walk around the neighborhood, what's the most frustrating part of it is sometimes it takes an hours to walk around from one building to another, and no, there's no e-bike I can borrow, or I can park my car next to the building. Though some of the building can be accessed, but rest of them? Yeah screw the package courier where they could have a designated delivery center where they could keep all the packages, but nooooooo, let them walk through the buildings and guess what, some of the buildings has the main door locked, and you know what that means? Let's call them! And let's give those package couriers fake phone numbers and so when they need to get in to the door, the door's locked so what do they do? Mark as undelivered, and then there are some other customers who don't even put their unit number on it, so what do I do? I can't put it near the mailbox because it's not safe, so what do I do? Mark it as undelivered!
While I’m in a bad mood, I just don't want to be upset by little issues when such things keeps happening. I don't want to be in this job but every time I had such issues and I'm just thinking "What else suits me?" and by the time I constantly thinking about it, well, the date has ended and I'm back to square one again... And since today is Saturday, I hope my leg pain goes away so I could do something else later today.

I just had my first therapy session today, well, they called it intake. It was recommended through my primary physician as I have tried out website such as psychology Today but the it ended up pretty expensive as my health insurance won't cover the fees. So how was it? It ended up great, the therapist's is a woman in her 50s, her name is Deborah, she's fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, I filled out a bipolar or depression evaluation sheet before I met with her, then she first greeted me in English and due to my respect, I greeted her in the same language as well. She then transitioned to Mandarin as she asked me if I do know the language, and the rest of conversation in the session were in Mandarin. She started to discuss forms that I have filled out, and turned out I have mild symptoms, while it's not as severe as I think, she said those scores could varies depending on your mood of the day.
Then we began to discuss my life and the reason that I was here, she's really patient, occasionally uses humors to lighten the mood, while it is the first session, I still didn't tell her everything, as I only got into surface level of my life and frustrations. This session was the first time where I heard the old Chinese proverb being used in my native language "授人以鱼不如授人以渔"Meaning "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a Man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." Because that's therapy is about.
As for what I took away from the discussion, this is what she said about what therapy is all about "Ultimately, therapy is about self-reflection, it's like seeing yourself in the mirror, to show who you are and what you're capable of, I'm only here to guide, you may take my words and think 'Yeah, whatever.' but it is up to you to take these advice and become who you want to be." Before we ended our session, she evaluated my score, then She said I have four choices:
1.) Do nothing and take it as what it is
2.)Take prescriptions to suppress negative thoughts
3.)Schedule for the next 4 sessions bi-weekly
4.)Combination of 2 and 3
Since I have the mild symptom, I'm scheduling for the next session, but that could change in the future if I felt worse or what not.
before I left my intake, she showed a quote by Andrey Hepburn "Nothing is impossible. The word itself says I'm possible." and told me take it as an inspiration, and keep it to your heart, whenever your feel you're worth nothing, think of this quote and tell yourself "You can do it!"

Honestly, I want to get myself into reading more, not only that, I just want to focus on doing things, maybe writing a review of the series that I have watched, or continue writing a short story which I haven't done for a long time, I want to maximize my use on my day-off, but sometime it feels like getting distracted by the internet that I just cannot concentrate. Anyway, my typing skills feels rusty, probably because I haven't type it for a long time, but at the same time, that's what happened when you just haven't touch computer for a long time anyway.

So I have made this website two weeks ago, honestly I felt pretty proud of it, I never really own my own website before, I mean, I used to have my own blog that's just use for posting things, never "Hey, let's make a wesite from scratch and se how it goes!" It's really cool, it runs, it looks fine and I have nothing to complain about. Again, it's just a digital project for hobby interests, so yeah, I do hope I'm committed to it instead of stop working on it later down the line.
But let's talk about what I really need to do right now, I'm not in fond my current position as a package courier, so I want to change! Starting today I want to commit 3/7 days for running at least 15 minutes, but from what I did today, only 5 minutes have been committed, I guess I will keep it up and eventually I will able to stay at the 15 minutes mark!.
